    We offer life time warranty on our products.  If at any time you are unsatisfied with our products, you may simply ship them to us for a free retification, but all of the shipping charges incurred during the process will be responsible by the customer.  

     

    If the newly product you received had defects or something was wrong, we will rectify and ship back for free.  If you are still unsatisified after the rectification and wish for a refund, we will fully refund the product upon receiving it. 

     

    Keep in mind that we will rectify as many time as you wish until you are fully satisfied.  An entire new product may even be crafted to replace the original one depending on the situations.
