Do you use genuine leather?

Yes.  All of our products are crafted with 100% genuine leathers such as calfskin, cow leather, stingray skin, snakeskin, crocodile skin, ostrich skin, etc.

What is your return policy?

We standby our products 100%.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a full 100% refund (excluding shipping) after we receive the products in question.

What if the shoes don't fit?

We offer free life time rectifications for all of our products.  However, all shipping expenses, including duty fees, are responsible by our customers.

What is your method of construction?

We offer Goodyear Welted Construction, Blake Stitched Construction, and Cemented Construction

What types of soles do you offer?

We offer Joh. Rendenbach leather soles, Vibram rubber soles, standard leather soles, and standard rubber soles.

How do I know I will get what I ordered (for custom-made items)?

We will email you the finished pictures of your products and wait for your confirmation prior to shipping.  We can still make rectifications to the products per your request even after the products have already been crafted.
